RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with any item on your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.  Returns must be in new condition and all boxes and accessories that come standard with the watches must be included to receive a full refund. Returned watches must be free of any signs of wear or dirt. Items returned that do not meet the above requirements will be assessed a restocking or will be rejected and shipped back to the customer. The return of defective or incorrect items must be authorized by a customer service representative, and be reported within 10 days of receiving your order. Instructions, shipping labels, and replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis to ensure quality service and satisfaction.  Please call us at 866-838-6427 if you have any questions.

BROKEN & DEFECTIVE WATCHES

TacticalWatch.com does not repair watches, replace batteries, or carry spare parts.

EXCHANGES

You may exchange any item from your order that is in new condition within 45 days of delivery of your order. Must be in new condition and all boxes and accessories that come standard with the watches must be included, or a restocking fee will be assessed at our discretion. Exchange items will ship out of our facility with no shipping charge, however you will be responsible for shipping back to us, as described in the next section.

HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE AN ITEM:

Include the white packing slip that you received with your shipment, and please wrap securely. If you have misplaced the packing slip, click here for a return form. In this case, you must include your name and phone number, as well as your order number and/or order date. Your package must be shipped via prepaid freight, and we recommend that you purchase insurance for your shipment. Return and exchange shipping charges are at your expense, however you may use the return label that we provide for you for a $5.95 fee.
